Boston needs to work together to
make a difference for their poor communities. By working
together, the youth and adults can create and find initiatives to
repair the problems they face. The youth face many problems:
poor school conditions, drug abuse, violence, low-income housing,
low wage and much more that goes unnoticed. Most of the problems
stem from the youth not having any trust in or guidance from
adults. In their way to be involved, the youth have come
together and become active in their communities. With all the lives
and rights for children, a lot of them are not being enforced for
today's youth. Both adults and youth don't realize that adults are
"dismissing youth participation constitutes a violation of youth
and dignity, undermines their well-being." Boston's communities
need to remember that child and youth development happen without
taking people's voices seriously. In other words, if youth are not
included in their society, their rights are violently. Active
interaction and involvement of young people in communities is part
of their healthy growth. There are treaties like the Child laws
that state all of the key principals, potential objections, value
and benefits, meaningful participation and strategic approaches.
With adjustments and organizations, youth can use different
strategies and tactics to improve their societies.
