            I would like to thank Mr.Liou , Ms. Mali, Travis, Erin, Samantha, Kristina, God and everyone that kept me motivated to do this paper. You guys have kept me going and moving to do my work and I greatly appreciate it. Mr.Liou, you a father that I never had. You have done so much for me throughout this year that I can't explain how greatly I appreciate having you. Ms. Mali, you are also a new person in my life but as soon as I seen you, I knew that we were going to be close. Every time that I needed you or yelled out your name, you always came in the quickness to help, motivate and guide me in my troubles. Travis, you were the one that helped me in my research part in my community placement. You invited me at your job and introduced me into community that I never paid attention to. It was a pleasure meeting you and conversing about all the things that we did. I learned so much about you and other things in such a little time. You helped me with my work and I thank you. Erin, thank you for being my partner, a friend and a motivator. You really kept going and yelled for me to do my work.
